Whether you're an accomplished ultra-runner, a speedy marathoner or just someone who likes to jog a few miles at a leisurely pace, we invite you to join the ShadowChase Running Club. We meet every week on Saturday and Sunday mornings for group runs of varying speeds and distances. Afterward, join us for doughnuts, smoothies, coffee and conversation.

We also have monthly meetings and potlucks, put on fun runs and races throughout the year, and end with our annual awards banquet and dance.

In addition, we offer an informal educational exchange where you can pick the brains of other members and learn what works best for them as far as nutrition, training, and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

To learn more or become a member, visit our membership page.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software to download the race entry or membership forms. You may already have the necessary software to open the file on your computer —find out by clicking on here under a ShadowChase-sponsored event on the Calendar page. If you need to download a free copy of the software from Adobe, click here.

    Get 'em while it's hot

    Escalon Park Fete t-shirt

The day was GREAT. The wind, temperature and even the smoke gave us a break. But fear of the former kept Escalon Park Fete race-day registration numbers down, July 12. As a result, we have some really nice Mizuno white performance-material t-shirts available (with the Escalon race logo, pictured above). We will allow the general public to purchase one of these gems for the paltry sum of $8. Please e-mail info@shadowchase.org for more information.

After the run, stay in Riverbank for the Cheese & Wine Festival just down the road from race headquarters—the Galaxy Theaters. Click here for a downloadable entry form.
